BSNL prepaid mobile plan PV ₹186 offer unlimited calls (250Min/Day), unlimited data (2GB/Day) & 100 free SMS / Day with 28 days validity. Customers in prepaid plan Rs 186 may enjoy all the above freebies anywhere in India including MTNL network areas of Delhi & Mumbai. BSNL prepaid mobile customers can activate Prepaid Plan Rs 186 till 31st December 2020.

The above prepaid plan voucher will be withdrawn with effect from 1st January 2021 onwards on PAN India basis. The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order
and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
What does it mean to existing customers in Prepaid Plan 186?
Customers who are currently in Prepaid Plan 186 will continue to enjoy the freebies till the expiry of existing plan. After expiry, customers may recharge their number with any other plan voucher or the newly launched plan voucher Rs 199 as per their requirement.
Whether this tariff change is applicable in all other circles or only in Kerala?
