BSNL today announced the extension of it’s most popular promotional Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plans for another period of 90 days across all telecom circles with immediate effect. As we reported earlier, BSNL launched these promotional FTTH plans on 1st October 2020 as part of BSNL’s Foundation Day Celebrations 2020.
These plans were initially launched by BSNL for a promotional period up to 29th December 2020. After the launch of these plans, BSNL was able to activate millions of new Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connections all over India in association with LCOs / MSOs / TIPs. Based on this overwhelming response, BSNL authorities has decided to extend these promotional Bharat Fiber Plans – Fiber Basic 449, Fiber Value 799, Fiber Premium 999 & Fiber Ultra 1499 for another period of 90 days starting from today – 4th January 2021.

# Terms & conditions for providing ‘Fiber Basic’ plan:-
- Above charges are exclusive of GST.
- The plan shall be available only for the new Broadband customers and available on promotional basis.
- After expiry of six months period from the date of activation of broadband connection acquired under ‘Fiber Basic’ plan, customers will be migrated automatically to ‘Fiber Basic Plus’ or any other regular FTTH plan as desired by the customer. Customers will be informed about this automatic plan change at the time of application itself.
- Above charges are exclusive of GST.
- Bundled ‘Disney+Hotstar’ premium plan subscription will be discontinued, in case subscriber opts out from above plans ‘Fiber Premium’ & ‘Fiber Ultra’. ‘Disney+Hotstar’ premium plan subscription will not be provided on migration to other broadband plan.
- The revenue share with ‘Disney+Hotstar’ service Provider shall be shared as per agreement.
- In case of acquiring of connections under above Broadband plan through BSNL’s partner (TIPs/ ‘Local MSO/LCO operators & TIPs/RWAs/Builders’), quantum of incentive shall be distributed after deduction of revenue share of Hotstar Service Provider.

The above plans – Fiber Basic, Fiber Value, Fiber Premium & Fiber Ultra shall be implemented with immediate effect on promotional basis for a period of 90 days from 4th January 2021 i.e., for a period up to 3rd April 2021.

BSNL was able to cross 1 Million customer base in FTTH segment in December 2020 with the help of these promotional Bharat Fiber plans. In October 2020, BSNL was able to activate more than 88,779 new Bharat Fiber connections with Kerala Circle leading the charts with 15,793 connections. Now, BSNL FTTH connections are available in every nook and corner of the country either directly or through BSNL’s authorized Bharat Fiber Franchisees.
Welcome Offer for New BSNL FTTH Customers
BSNL’s Fiber Basic 449 plan is available in all the telecom circles as a Welcome Offer for new customers. It means, new BSNL FTTH customers can opt BSNL Fiber Basic 449 plan which offer 30Mbps download speed till 3.3TB usage. However, customers opting 449 plan will be migrated automatically to Fiber Basic Plus 599 plan after 6 months.
Migration of Existing Landline Number to BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH)
Existing landline / ADSL broadband customers may migrate their connection to FTTH by retaining their old landline number. BSNL allows this facility in their NGN exchange areas. BSNL plans to complete upgradation of their existing landline telephone exchanges to Next Generation – NGN – telephone exchanges within a couple of months. Customers who wish to use their existing landline number for BSNL FTTH may submit their request in nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (BSNL CSC).

If anyone don't wanna use BSNL FTTH for a month or two months without disconnection also without paying bill also is there any facilities ???

Give application in bsnl office for that
Bharat fiber service is very fast & useful to make development in communication sector in Bharat if service provider provides quality service to the customer and possibly replacement of to old communication equipments for better results.
I Live in Pimpri Chinchwad area which is basically urban area but inspite of applying for bsnl ftth connection no of times the local staff and contractor do not reply, they seem to be not interested in getting new connections and increasing bsnl network
