The future of broadband internet services in India will depend heavily on content providers and OTT services. To keep up the race, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the launch of add-on packs with OTT services to BSNL’s Broadband customers all over India.
As per the latest information, BSNL’s DSL / FTTH / AirFibre / BBoWiFi Broadband customers can avail this newly launched OTT add-on pack with fixed monthly charge of Rs 129/-. This add-on pack will give subscription to the following apps – VOOT Select, SonyLIV Special, Zee5 Premium – All access pack, YuppTV Live (NCF Channels), YuppTV FDFS (First Day First Show), YuppTV Movies, Support & Marketing etc.

BSNL has made agreement for aggregation and provision of OTT services with M/s YuppTV. In case the customer opts out from BSNL’s Broadband service, the service of OTT will be automatically disconnected after expiry of add-on pack. These instructions shall be effective with effect from 18th January 2021 on regular basis in all the circles. All other terms and conditions shall remain same as per agreement for aggregation and provision of OTT service through content provider of M/s YuppTV.
OTT Streaming Apps to Gain Momentum In coming Days!
BSNL’s FTTH (Bharat Fiber) as well as Broadband customers may subscribe to this newly launched OTT add-on pack from 18th January 2021 onwards as regular offer. Customers opting OTT add-on may enjoy premium subscription to the above mentioned OTT streaming apps at just Rs 129 per month for first three months. After three months, the same benefits will be available to BSNL Broadband customers at Rs 199 per month.
