Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) – India’s largest wireline operator has announced the revision in freebies and names of some of the existing Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plans across all the telecom circles with effect from 1st March 2021 onwards.
As per the latest information, the revision is applicable in almost all popular FTTH (Bharat Fiber) plans viz – 500GB CUL (777 Plan), Super Star 300 (779 Plan), 600GB CUL (849 Plan), Super Star 500 (949 Plan), 750GB CUL (1277 Plan) etc. BSNL has decided to rename one of its most popular FTTH plan – 500GB CUL – as Fibre TB Plan with 1000GB free data in 100Mbps download speed without any increase in charges. Similarly, Super Star 300 will offer 1000GB data in 100Mbps speed & Super Star 500 plan will offer 150Mbps download speed till 2000GB.

Above charges are excluding GST. Above instructions shall be implemented with effect from 01-03-2021 on regular basis in all the Telecom circles (except A&N circle). Revised Super Star 2 plan (old 949 plan) offer upgraded speed of 150Mbps till 2000GB whereas plans with FMC (Fixed Monthly Charge) of Rs 1999/- and above will get 300Mbps download speed and upgraded usage without any increase in monthly charges. This tariff revision is a customer friendly move from BSNL as existing customers can avail upgraded speed and usage without any additional cost.

BSNL Free Installation Offer Till 31st March 2021
As we reported on yesterday, BSNL already announced promotional offer of Free Installation Charges for new Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband connections for a limited period upto 31st March 2021. New customers can avail 100% discount on Installation Charges i.e., Rs 500 discount on their first telephone bill during this period.

Ground level situation is very worst for bsnl..I applied for FTTH connection for couple of times tru online n once I went to near by bsnl office …but nothing progressed… happened 3 mnths back..even though I'm using prepaid connection since 12 yrs for just supporting it bcz it's a govt organization..but stil some employees killing tat customers soft corner on BSNL…even god cnt save it.
Any ideas when will they bring the Fiber Premium and Fiber Ultra to Manipur? Because both of them provide more value for money than the new plans because both of them offers 3.3TB of data.

Hi any idea how good fiber is in kerala , any idea on number of connections on fiber ? understand theu have only very few fiber in kerala though they have about 6 l broadband
