Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of extra validity offer with prepaid mobile plan vouchers PV ₹699 & PV ₹2399 for 90 & 60 days respectively with effect from 1st April 2021. As per the latest information, the revised plan vouchers are applicable for customers in all the telecom circles.
As we reported in January 2021, BSNL launched Plan Voucher PV 699 and announced extra validity offer with Plan Voucher PV 2399 as Republic Day Offers for its prepaid mobile customers. Both these offers were available for a period up to 31st March 2021. Now, BSNL authorities has decided to extend these two offers further for another period of 60 days with effect from 1st April 2021.

- No voice FUP condition with above Plan Vouchers.
- The Free SMS/day ($$) will be applicable in home and national roaming including MTNL network roaming area of Delhi and Mumbai.
- The SMS/Voice benefits (if any) under this voucher cannot be used for outgoing SMS/Voice to premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes; the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.
- This voucher is intended only for personal use of included services. BSNL reserves the right to discontinue service immediately in case of misuse / fraudulent use / unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.
- The Bundling of BSNL Tunes (PRBT) and the EROS with PV2399 is to be done for whole validity period of PV2399 which is presently 437 days with promotional offer. This 72days extra validity with PV2399 to be given with effect from 01-04-2021 till 30-05-2021 (i.e. promotional period of 60 days).
- Plan Voucher 699 offers extra validity of 180 days instead of 160 days till 30-05-2021.
- Plan Voucher 2399 offers extra validity of 437 days instead of 365 days till 30-05-2021.
The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. Both these promotional extra validity offers are available for a period up to 30-05-2021. Unlike recently revised FRC plans 108 & 249, Plan Voucher 699 as well as Plan Voucher 2399 can be used by existing as well as new prepaid mobile customers. It means, these plan vouchers can be used for validity extension or plan migration for existing customers. Customers may activate these plan vouchers either by online recharge or through retailer shops.
