BSNL prepaid mobile plan vouchers allows customers to extend their plan validity as well as to change their current tariff plan as per his / her choice. At present, BSNL is having 16 different prepaid plan vouchers to choose from with varying freebies and validity period. All the above Plan Vouchers can be used by BSNL Prepaid Mobile customers to extend their plan validity. BSNL’s True unlimited voice calling offers are now available without any FUP usage limits. Hence, customers can avail unlimited voice calls to any number without any additional cost. However, this unlimited calling offer is not applicable to calls made to Premium Numbers or Short Codes. Similarly, the free SMS offer is also not applicable to Premium SMS services. The same plan vouchers can also be used by new BSNL customers or MNP PORT-IN customers as Fist Recharge Coupon (FRC) except Plan Voucher 94 whereas Plan Vouchers 94 is exclusive for validity extension for existing BSNL prepaid mobile customers.
Self-care Activation of BSNL Plan Vouchers
BSNL Prepaid mobile customers having sufficient prepaid account balance may activate prepaid plan via selfcare either by SMS or USSD short code. To activate any plan by SMS, a customer may send the required SMS Keyword to toll free short code 123. Similarly, to activate the plan by USSD, a customer may simply dial the USSD code and press the call button. Customers will get free calls, data and SMS benefits with selfcare activation whereas other bundled value added services like Free BSNL Tunes, Zing Music App, EROS Now Entertainment content, Lokdhun content etc are only available when activation is done via Recharge.
