BSNL has announced the discontinuation of certain plan vouchers (PVs) and special tariff vouchers (STVs) for its prepaid mobile customers across all the telecom circles
As per the latest information, the following prepaid vouchers are withdrawn for new customers for subscription which are – Plan Voucher 109 (PV 109 – Mithram Plus), First Recharge Coupon 47 (FRC 47), STV 998 & STV 1098. Existing customers in all these plans or STVs will continue till their validity expiry date. However, they will not be allowed to use the same plan voucher / STV further and they may use any of the available recharge offers as per their requirement.

The tariff above will be implemented with effect from the date as indicated in the above table. The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.

- BSNL revises MRP of Annual Prepaid Plan Voucher PV 365 to Rs 397 across all the telecom circles
- BSNL extends prepaid mobile FRC ₹249 plan as a regular offer from 1st April 2021 across all the telecom circles
- BSNL revises prepaid mobile FRC plan ₹108 by reducing validity to 28 days from 1st April 2021 on PAN India basis
- BSNL launches extra validity offer with prepaid mobile plan vouchers – PV ₹699 & PV ₹2399 with effect from 1st April 2021
