    Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) integrated online chatbot – BAVA (BSNL Automated Virtual Assistant) in BSNL’s Official Website to answer customer queries related to BSNL Services. BSNL Chatbot BAVA is intended to help customers in answering all customer queries related to BSNL Services.

    BSNL Chatbot (BAVA) will also help customers to make online payment of their BSNL Broadband / FTTH / Landline connections. By simply entering your telephone number in chat box, BAVA will display Customer Name & Outstanding Bill Amount and it will also display the online payment link for making payment.  Customers can also register / track their pending complaints through this Virtual Chat bot assistance 24 x 7.

    BSNL Online Complaint Registration via BSNL Automated Virtual Assistant (BAVA)

    Registration of complaint is so simple and easy. To register your BSNL Landline or Broadband or FTTH (Bharat Fiber) Complaint via BSNL Virtual Assistant, you need to select ‘Happy to Help’ tab. Then, two options will get displayed – Register Complaint & Track Complaint.

    On clicking on ‘Register Compliant’ tab, three service types will get displayed – Landline, Broadband & FTTH. Select the service for which you need to register your complaint. Then BAVA will ask you to enter your BSNL telephone number in the format STD Code-Phone Number (eg:- 040-232xxxxx). That’s it. BAVA will register your complaint and a docket number will get displayed and can be used for your future reference.


    BSNL Online Bill Payment via BSNL Automated Virtual Assistant (BAVA)


    Similar to complaint registration, online bill payment is also very simple and easy with BSNL Automated Virtual Assistant (BAVA). For that, you need to select ‘Pay Your Bill’ tab in BAVA chat box. Then it will ask you to enter your phone number in the format STD Code-Phone Number (eg:- 040-2300xxxx). After entering your number, BAVA will display the following information in chat box :-

    • Customer Name
    • Outstanding Amount
    • Link for Online Payment

    By simply clicking on the online payment tab, you will be redirected to BSNL’s Online Payment Portal where you can make the payment directly using your Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / Wallet / UPI etc.


    BSNL to Launch More Online Tools to Improve Customer Satisfaction

    At present, BSNL has integrated its fixed line services – Landline, Broadband & FTTH only in BAVA. We are sure that, BSNL will integrate all of its services with this Chat bot assistance very soon. In addition to this online chat bot assistance, the PSU has plans to launch a couple of new online IT enabled tools to improve customer satisfaction. During this pandemic period, where most of the customers prefer online facilities to the maximum extent, BSNL’s new initiatives will surely win customer hearts.
