BSNL is taking all-out efforts to increase its SIM sales across the country during this pandemic days. In a recent move, the state run telecom major has decided to increase commission to it’s SIM selling retailers as high as Rs 200/- per SIM activation.
BSNL retailer / DSA will get ₹200/- as OTF (On The Fly) commission for each new prepaid activation in FRC (First Recharge Coupon) plan of ₹249/-. This revised OTF commission is applicable with effect from 1st July 2021 across all the telecom circles till further orders. As we reported in March 2021, BSNL initially launched this FRC 249 plan as a promotional offer to increase it’s SIM sales with FRC commission of ₹224/- per SIM activation. This plan really helped BSNL to impart positive response among BSNL retailers / DSAs because of increased financial benefits to them.
Later in April 2021, BSNL revised the OTF commission with FRC 249 plan to ₹180/-. As per the latest information, BSNL has decided to increase the OTF commission with FRC ₹249 plan to ₹200 from existing commission of ₹180/- from 1st July 2021.

All other terms and conditions will be as per Prepaid Mobile Plan ₹107/-. The revised OTF (On The Fly) commission to retailers / DSAs / OCSCs / REDs will be Rs 200/- per activation. Trade scheme will be as per the existing policy only. The revised OTF commission to FRC plan ₹249 will be effective from 1st July 2021 across all the telecom circles.
