Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched free bundling of EROS Now entertainment services with all postpaid mobile plans with effect from 1st July 2021. As per the latest information, all existing and new postpaid mobile customers of BSNL can avail unlimited entrainment content from EROS without any additional charges.
BSNL’s Free EROS Now service is available with the following postpaid mobile plans – ₹199, ₹399, ₹525, ₹798, ₹999 & ₹1525. All general postpaid mobile customers can avail this free bundle without any additional cost. However, this free bundling of EROS Now entertainment services are not applicable to family connections, customers in special discounted plans and plans provided to enterprise business customers. If such customers wishes to avail EROS Now subscription, the same can be activated with the help of a new add-on plan of ₹20/- (exclusive of GST) with feature of EROS Now entertainment service.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the launch of free bundling of EROS Now entertainment services with BSNL Postpaid Mobile plans read as follows:-
The competent authority has decided to offer free bundling of EROS NOW entertainment services with active plans of GSM Postpaid Mobile Services as under:-A) Free bundling of the main connections of all active retail postpaid plans i.e. Plan-199, 399, 525,798, 999 &1525 with EROS NOW Entertainment services.
Terms and Conditions:
- Free bundling is not allowed for family connections (or child connections).
- This free bundling is not allowed with closed postpaid plans. Also not allowed with discounted active plans given to Enterprise Business customers or service connections.
- However, if Enterprise Business customers takes active retails postpaid plans without any discount, then the free bundling of EROS NOW entertainment is allowed.
B) New Add-On of Rs.20 (excl. GST) with feature of EROS NOW entertainment service for one billing cycle.
All the billing centers will intimate the customers of active postpaid plans regarding free bundling of EROS NOW entertainment services on 01.07.2021 by SMS. If any customer is Outgoing barred or converted to non-eligible plan, the details to be entered in deactivation table and will be intimated to EROS to disconnect the service. The above tariff will be implemented from 01-07-2021. The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
