BSNL has announced the withdrawal of existing prepaid mobile Plan Vouchers – PV ₹75 & PV ₹94 with effect from 3rd July 2021 across all the telecom circles. In addition, BSNL has also decided to introduce two new STVs (Special Tariff Vouchers) having the same denomination and same features on 03-07-2021.
BSNL has decided to reduce the number of prepaid mobile tariff plans to bare minimum and hence this latest decision was taken. New Combo STV ₹75 offer – 2 GB free data to be consumed within 60 days + 100 minutes free voice any-net in home LSA and National roaming including Mumbai and Delhi for 60 days and free BSNL default tune for 60 days. In Combo STV ₹75, after freebies calls will be charged @30paisa/min.
Similarly, in Combo STV ₹94, customers may enjoy 3 GB free data to be consumed within 90 days + 100 minutes free voice any-net in home LSA and National roaming including Mumbai and Delhi for 90 days and free BSNL default tune for 60 days. In Combo STV ₹94, after freebies calls will be charged @30paisa/min.

The above tariff will be implemented from 03-07-2021.The implementation of the tariff is to be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
What will happen to existing customers in Closed Plans 75/94?
With the closure of the plan 75/94, the active customer base under PV75/94 will not be able to use any STV for validity extension, as validity extension under a closed plan is not allowed. ln view of this, the entire active customer base in Plan 75/94 will be moved to plan 107 in phased manner as both the plans 75/94 have the same base tariff as Plan 107 while keeping the freebies the same as per Plan75/94.
Automatic Validity Extension of Customers in Closed Plans
The customers of closed plan 75/94 will be migrated to plan 107, so for automatic validity extension in GP-1, Plan 107 will be used.
- lf a customer has a main account balance more than or equal to Rs.107/-, deduct Rs.107/- on the first day of GP-1 and migrate the customer to ‘Premium Per Minute plan 107’ with plan freebies and validity.
- lf a customer has main account balance more than Rs.2/- and less than Rs.107/-, deduct Rs.2/- on the first day of GP-1 and migrate the customer to ‘Premium Per Minute plan 107’ with plan validity of 3 days and without plan freebies.
The customers of closed plans 75/94 in GP-1/GP-2, and beyond GP-2 to be migrated to plan 107 in a phased manner. The existing Plan freebies / validity should remain the same. Also, freebies of STV (if any) subscribed by the customer should remain the same on migration.
