BSNL has announced the launch of Special MNP Commission to it’s Retailers and DSAs till 7th September 2021. As per the latest information, BSNL’s special MNP commission is applicable for MNP PORT-IN connections with First Recharge Coupon (FRC) of Rs 666. This pormotional scheme is available for BSNL Poit of Sale (PoS) across all the telecom circles.
BSNL Point of Sale can avail Rs 150/- as special MNP commission for each PORT-IN prepaid mobile connections during this offer period. This special commission is in addition to the existing MNP commission available BSNL Point of Sale (BSNL PoS). BSNL PoS include – BSNL Retailers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Rural Distributors (RDs), BSNL RED (BSNL Retired Employee Distributor) etc. To avail Rs 150/- as special commission, BSNL Point of Sale need to do FRC of Rs 666/- for each PORT-IN connections from other mobile operators.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding this Special MNP Commission to BSNL PoS is read as follows:-
The competent authority has decided to offer promotional offer of special MNP Commission of Rs.150/- only to POS for Port-in Connections with FRC-666 up to 07-09-2021 only under the GSM Prepaid Mobile Services.
Note : This MNP OTF (On The Fly) Commission of Rs.150/- is over and above the normal MNP commission. This special MNP OTF is for POS only with FRC-666.

BSNL SIXER PLAN @ Rs 666/-
BSNL Sixer Plan @ Rs 666/- allows users to enjoy Unlimited High Speed Mobile internet 2GB per Day, True unlimited voice calls to any network including Delhi & Mumbai. The plan also offers 100 free SMS to any network per day. BSNL Sixer plan 666 is available to both new as well as existing prepaid mobile customers. It means, an existing BSNL prepaid mobile customer can change his / her plan to BSNL Sixer Plan 666 by recharging his / her number with Rs 666/-. New or MNP PORT-IN customers may also avail this scheme as FRC 666 (First Recharge Coupon) at the time of activation. Validity of BSNL 666 prepaid mobile plan is 120 days.
JIO PREPAID PLAN @ Rs 666/-
Jio prepaid plan @ Rs 666/- offer just 56 days validity only. Customers may also enjoy unlimited voice calls to any network, 100 free SMS per day and unlimited mobile internet 2GB per day for 56 days. A customer can enjoy total of 112GB high speed mobile data in Jio 666 plan. Jio alos offer complimentary subscription to Jio Apps for the entire validity period.
Airtel PREPAID PLAN @ Rs 699/-
Similar to Jio, Airtel also offer just 56 days validity in their prepaid plan @ Rs 699/-. Data freebies is also the same, i.e., unlimited data 2GB/day. Customers may also enjoy unlimited voice calls to any network and 100 free SMS / day in 699 plan. Airtel offer Disney+Hotstar subscription, Prime Vide 30 days free trial pack, Wynk Music and Free Hello Tunes with 699 plan.
Vi PREPAID PLAN @ Rs 699/-
Vodafone Idea (Vi) now offer double data benefit in prepaid plan 699. Now customers can enjoy unlimited data 4GB/Day, unlimited voice calls and 100 free SMS per day in Vi prepaid plan 699. As compared to Jio and Airtel, Vi offer more valdity in 699 plan. Vi customers can enjoy 84 days validity along with ZEE5 Premium access for 1 year, Vi Movies & TV, Weekend Data roll-over facility etc in prepaid plan 699.
