BSNL (Kerala) should provide the list of exchanges that have the facility for customers to retain the old landline number when migrating to FTTH.
I was assigned a new number while migrating to the fibre connection as the exchange is NGN. Aren’t they upgrading all exchanges to NGN? Is there any chance of getting the old number back once the exchange upgrades to NGN.? Currently JTO promised to make call forwarding from old number to new number.
