BSNL has announced the change in Recharge Denomination of it’s Three popular STVs (Special Tariff Vouchers) including Internation Roaming STV with effect from 18th October 2021.
HIGHLIGHTS
- There will be changes in the Recharge Amount for three existing Special Tariff Vouchers.
- Recharge amount of Voice STV 56 will be changed to 54
- Recharge amount of Data STV 57 will be changed to 56
- Recharge amount of Prepaid International Roaming STV 58 will be changed to 57
- Changes are applicable to BSNL Prepaid Mobile customer in Kerala Circle from 18-10-2021.
From 18th October 2021 onwards, there will be certain modifications in the existing Prepaid Special Tariff Vouchers of BSNL Kerala Circle. As per the latest information, BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle has decided to modify the recharge amounts of three exising prepaid recharge offers with effect from 18-10-2021. This latest tariff update is also applicable to BSNL’s Prepaid International Romaing STV which is having 30 days validity.
However, there will not be any changes in existing offer / freebies or validity period. Changes are applicable only to recharge amounts. BSNL Kerala Telecom Circle has already intimated this latest tariff update to all BSNL Prepaid Mobile Customers in Kerala via SMS Broadcast. You might have already received the SMS intimation from BSNL regarding the same.
Latest BSNL Recharge Amount Changes are summarised below:-
BSNL Voice STV 56 is Changed to 54 : Customers can use BSNL Voice STV 54 to get 5600 sec Local/STD any net calls (Including MTNL areas of Delhi & Mumbai) for 8 days.

BSNL Data STV 57 is changed to 56 : Now customers can use BSNL Data STV 57 to get 10GB Free Data + ZING Music app for 10 days.
How To Activate BSNL STV 56?
- Recharge your number with Rs 56 or
BSNL Prepaid International Roaming STV 58 is Changed to 57 : Those who are using BSNL’s Preaid International Roaming service may activate / extend the service for 30 days with Recharge Denomination of Rs 57.

All the above changes are applicable to BSNL prepaid mobile customers of Kerala Telecom Circle from 18th October 2021 onwards. So kindly check these latest changes in BSNL Prepaid Recharge denominations before activating / extending your existing offers. BSNL Prepaid International Roaming – Now Available Almost Everywhere !
Now you can use your existing BSNL Prepaid Mobile number wherever you go. It means, you can use the same BSNL prepaid mobile number everywhere in the world by activating Prepaid International Roaming Service. Earlier, prepaid IR (International Roaming) was not being provided by BSNL. Later BSNL has expanded it’s global footprint by making prepaid international roaming pacts with almost all operators in the world.
How Can I Activate BSNL Prepaid International Roaming?
If you are having a BSNL prepaid mobile number, you can activate International Roaming by simply replacing your existing SIM card with International Roaming enabled SIM card from BSNL. This can be done by visiting your nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (BSNL CSC). You need to pay the charges for SIM Replacement / Duplicate SIM which is just Rs 50/- only. To get BSNL Prepaid International Roaming enabled SIM card, just submit your ID proof along with application form to activate Prepaid International Roaming facility on your existing number.
Recharge 57 / 168 to activate BSNL Prepaid International Roaming Service
After getting International Roaming enabled SIM card, you need to do Recharge 57 or 168 to activate the service. Recharge 57 offers 30 days validity whereas Recharge 168 offers 90 days validity. It means, to get BSNL Prepaid International Roaming Service, you need to activate minimum recharge of Rs 57/- for 30 days.
