BSNL launches new quarterly payment scheme for newly launched Bharat Fiber (BSNL FTTH) plans as a promotional offer.

India’s largest wireline broadband operator – BSNL has announced Quarterly Payment Offers for the newly launched Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband Internet plans. As per the latest information, BSNL’s new as well as existing Bharat Fiber (FTTH) customers can opt these newly announced quarterly payment schemes. Under these committed schemes, a customer can avail free service for 15 days without any additional charges or rental.
BSNL’s Quarterly Payment Schemes / Offers are available for Fiber Basic Plus 599, Fiber Value 799 and Fiber Premium 999 plans. By paying advance rental for 3 months, a customer can avail service for 3 months and 15 days in total. Thus a customer can avail free service for 15 days under BSNL FTTH Quarterly Payment Schemes.
- In Fibre Basic Plus plan a customer need to pay advance charge of 3 Months FMC (Rs. 1797 i.e. Rs. 599*3).
- In Fiber Value Plan, a customer need to pay advance charge of 3 Months FMC (Rs. 2397 i.e. Rs. 799*3).
- In Fiber Premium Plan, a customer need to pay advance charge of 3 Months FMC (Rs. 2997 i.e. Rs. 999*3).
An Official statement from BSNL read as follows:- It has been decided by the competent authority to introduce Committed Quarterly payment option under selected Bharat Fibre Broadband plans in all the telecom circles as follows.

NOTE: *Since plan is committed plan, therefore, the charges are non-refundable.
Above Charges are exclusive of GST. BSNL TIP / LCO / MSO revenue share shall be provided only after realization of the first bill for above committed plans only. BSNL corporate office has directed all telecom circles to comply with all regulatory mechanism including online reporting to TRAI and also update the circle website. Further, circle shall ensure to maintain the TRAI guideline with respect to number of plans. These instructions shall have immediate effect in all the circles (except A&N circle).
How To Avail BSNL FTTH Quarterly Payment Offer?
Customers who wish to change monthly payment scheme to these newly annouced quartely payment offers may submit their request in nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre / BSNL Telephone Exchange. Your plan will be changed after the submission of request and new bill with quarterly payment offer will be generated on next month. So a customer need to make the advance payment on the next month only.
My FTTH Plan is not Fiber Basic Plus / Fiber Value / Fiber Premium. How can I avail Quarterly payment offer?
At present Quarterly payment offer is available only to Fiber Basic Plus 599, Fiber Value 799 & Fiber Premium 999 plans. If your BSNL FTTH plan is not the one in the above list, you can avail this benefit by changing your plan to any of these 3 plans as per your requirement / download speed. You can change your BSNL FTTH plan either Online or by sumitting plan change request at your nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre.
