BSNL has announced the revision in it’s most popular prepaid mobile plans and offers with effect from 25th February 2022 all over India.
HIGHLIGHTS
- BSNL has reduced the validity period in selected prepaid recharge offers such as – 49, 75, 88, 94, 106, 107, 197 & 397.
- The revision in validity as well as freebies are applicable with effect from 25th February 2022 across all the telecom circles in India.
- Free voice calls bundled with STV 94, PV 106 & PV 107 are dubled to 200 minutes from 100 minutes.
- Validity period of one of the most popular recharge plan PV 397 is now reduced to 200 days from 300 days.
BSNL has announced the revision in tariff for it’s prepaid mobile customers all over India. As per the latest information, the PSU has reduced the validity period of selected prepaid recharge plans and offers. In addition, there are reduction in freebies for the low cost prepaid recharge offer STV 49 where free data is reduced to 1GB from 2GB. BSNL has also doubled the free voice call benefits in Special Tariff Voucher ₹94, Plan Voucher ₹106 & Plan Voucher ₹107 to 200 minutes.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the revision in prepaid offers read as follows: –

The tariff will be applicable from 25-02-2022 across all the telecom circles. The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. BSNL Telecom Circles are also directed to update their website and report the same to TRAI as per tariff reporting requirement of TRAI and TRAI regulations.
BSNL corporate office has also directed it’s field units / telecom circles to give Press note and proper advertisement regarding the revision in plans and offers. Circles may also send SMS conveying the above tariff to the customers.
