Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of it’s existing prepaid mobile plan vouchers and special tariff vouchers to offer unlimited data beneifits to customers without any increase in MRP with effect from 22-04-2025.
HIGHLIGHTS
- BSNL has decided to offer unlimited data with selected prepaid mobile plan vouchers and special tariff vouchers.
- The revision in freebies will be applicable to the following recharge denominations – ₹16, ₹99, ₹107, ₹147, ₹151, ₹197, ₹319, ₹397, ₹1198, ₹1499.
- There will not be any change in MRP or reduction in validity for all the above recharge vouchers.
- BSNL Prepaid Mobile Customers activating the above offers from 22-04-2025 may enjoy the revised features.
- The revision is applicable to BSNL Prepaid Mobile customers all over India.
State run telecom major Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today has announced the revision in freebies for it’s prepaid mobile Plan Vouchers (PVs) and Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) with effect from nd April 2025 across all the telecom circles. As per the latest information, this latest revision is applicable to the following 10 recharge denominations ( ₹16, ₹99, ₹107, ₹147, ₹151, ₹197, ₹319, ₹397, ₹1198, ₹1499 ) which include Plan Vouchers, Data Vouchers and Voice Calling offers.
BSNL has decided to offer unlimted data with speed reduced to 40Kbps after the prescribed data usage limit in each of the above recharge coupons activating from 22-04-2025. It is to be noted that, the PSU has not announced any increase in the MRP of the above mentioned offers. The validity period also remain unchaged for all the vouchers. It clearly shows the positive steps being taken by BSNL to incease customer loyalty and thereby to increase their market share. The above tariff to be implemented latest by 22-04-2025. The implementation of the above tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. BSNL has instructed telecom circles have to update their website
and report the same to TRAI as per tariff reporting requirement of TRAI and TRAI regulations.

The implementation of Telecom Tariff Order TTO (52nd amendment), “No service provider shall terminate
any existing tariff plan without providing the subscriber with a notice period of not less than thirty days
regarding its intent to terminate the plan.” BSNL authorities has also given instructions to it’s field units to brought to the notice of all concerned for taking necessary actions such as arranging Press note / advertisement / SMS conveying the above tariff revision.
