Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a promotional discount scheme to increase its Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connections in all the circles. As per the latest information, BSNL Landline customers can avail Rs 600/- discount on migrating to Ultra Fast Bharat Fiber connection as a one time promotional offer.
This scheme is applicable across all the telecom circles for a promotional period of 90 days with effect from 14th June 2021. All existing BSNL Landline customers are covered under this new promotional scheme. The can be availed by existing landline only customers i.e., those BSNL landline customers who are not having broadband connection.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the launch of this new promotional scheme read as follows:-
The Competent Authority has decided ‘to offer discount of Rs.100/- per month for first 6 months, to those existing landline customer/s (not having Broadband) who opts any BSNL’s Bharat Fibre Broadband plan, in all the circles on promotional basis for a period of 90 days ‘.
The above instructions have immediate effect from 14th June 2021 on promotional basis for 90 days i.e., up to 12th September 2021. Revenue share between BSNL and TIPs/Partners (in case of connections is provisioned by TIPs/Partners) will be distributed after deduction of discounted amount of Rs.100/-. It means, if the connection was provided through LCOs/TIPs, then revenue share will be given to them after the deduction of discounted amount of Rs 100/-. LCOs/TIPs will get revenue share on the realized revenue only.

BSNL Landline to Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Migration ?
If you are an existing BSN Landline customer, you can upgrade to BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) and avail this new discount scheme during this promotional period. BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connections offer dedicated bandwidth with maximum up time as compared to all other private ISPs. BSNL also allows customers to retain their existing Landline number while migrating to FTTH. However, this facility is available only in selected exchange areas where the next generation telephone equipment have been installed.
