India’s largest fixed line operator, BSNL has launched three new DSL/Bharat Fiber Broadband plans ’50GB CUL’, ‘120GB CUL’ and ‘500GB CUL’ exclusive to new customers in all the telecom circles.
As per the latest information, ’50GB CUL’ and ‘120GB CUL’ offer up to 20Mbps download speed whereas ‘500GB CUL’ offers 50Mbps download speed. All the three plans offer true unlimited voice calls to any network without any FUP or daily usage limits for voice calls. These promotional plans are applicable to all new users of all Circles (except A&N Circle).

Terms & conditions for providing above Broadband plans:
- Above DSL/Bharat Fiber broadband plans shall be available only for the new customers. However, any existing BSNL landline (i.e. not having Broadband) customers can opt above plans and existing DSL BB customer can also opt Bharat Fiber plan ‘500GB CUL’.
- Above DSL plans ’50GB CUL’, ‘120GB CUL’ shall not be available on FTTH.
- After six months, existing customers under DSL plans ’50GB CUL’, ‘120GB CUL’ shall be migrated to regular Broadband plans and those who are under Bharat Fiber plan ‘500GB CUL’, shall be migrated to ‘600GB CUL’ plan. Customer’s consent in this regard shall be taken at the time of submitting application.
- For those customers who are not opted any regular DSL/Bharat Fiber Broadband plan at the time of submitting application, migrate such customers (after expiry of Six months period from the date of activation of broadband connection) acquired under promotional plans ’50 GB’ & ‘120 GB’ to the Broadband plan ‘2GB CUL’ & ‘3GB CUL’ respectively.
The above instructions shall be effective on promotional basis for a period up to 26-03-2020 in all the Circles (except A&N Circle).
