Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the withdrawal of certain offers for its prepaid mobile customers with effect from 30th December 2019 on wards.
As per the latest information, BSNL has withdrawn Freedom Plan (Plan Voucher 136), Data Combo Vouchers (15/76/177) and all the existing Balckberry STVs for its prepaid customers on PAN India basis.
An official statement from BSNL read as follows:- The competent authority has decided for withdrawal of Freedom Plan and STVs under GSM prepaid mobile services with effect from 30-12-2019 as detailed below.
Withdrawal of PV 136 (Freedom Plan)
Existing customers will remain till their existing plan validity. customer is free to migrate to any plan of their choice. However customers will be migrated to PV 44 (Deepam Plan), automatically on expiry of their existing validity by deducting Rs.44 from their main account balance, subject to availability of main account balance.

The above tariff order will be implemented w.e.f. 30.12.2019. The implementation of the tariff is be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
