BSNL revised one of its most popular per second billing Voice STV 159 with effect from 26th March 2018 in Kerala Telecom Circle.
As per the latest information, revised Voice STV 159 will offer 36,000 sec (Local/STD/Roaming) free voice calls to any network for a period of 24 days. However, roaming free calls will not be available in Delhi & Mumbai.

The revised voice STV 159 is effective with effect from 26th March 2018 in Kerala Circle Only. For heavy callers and unlimited data customers, recently BSNL launched a bouquet of longer validity unlimited voice & data packs @ Rs 444, Rs 485, Rs 551 & Rs 666 in Kerala Circle.
