State run telecom major Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of two cheapest rate cutter Voice STVs for its prepaid mobile customers in all circles (except Kerala) with effect from 4th September 2017 on wards.
As per the latest information, BSNL will launch Voice STV 8 & Voice STV 19 which offer cheapest voice tariff of 15p/min (BSNL) & 35p/min (Ohers). Voice STV 8 will offer 30 days validity whereas Voice STV 19 will offer 90 days validity.

I tried to recharge but it's showing wrong access code,anybody got this offer?
This offer is not updated in bsnl database..
Bsnl advertising heavily about this offer but never said anywhere how to activate this. Even tried my luck contacting the customer care and the guy there was damn sure that BSNL never introduced any offer like that.

Not fake Except Kerala Circle , this can be acitivates by sending sms to 123 as STV VOICE19
If the STV is not available in kerala please note it while giving such an advertisement..Would be helpful for a lot..
