State run telecom major, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced special Full Talk Value offer for Top Up 500 from 27th November 2016 to 15th December 2016.
The offer is available for all prepaid mobile customers in Kerala Circle during the period. Customers may use old high denomination notes of Rs 500 till 15th December 2016 against prepaid mobile top up.

Instructions were already given to all BSNL Customer Service Centres (CSCs) of BSNL Kerala Circle to accept old high denomination notes of Rs 500 till 15th December 2016. Hence customers may use old currency notes of Rs 500 to top up their mobile numbers to get this full talk value offer.
