BSNL To Revise Tariffs For Toll Free, UAN And VPN Services From 1st March 2016 On Wards On PAN India Basis

National telecom backbone and India’s Largest Landline Service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the revision of tariffs for Fixed line IN services with effect from 1st March 2016 on wards across all telecom circles.

As per the latest information, BSNL will be revising tariffs for Toll Free (Free Phone) Services, Universal Access Number (UAN) Services and Voice Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services from 01-03-2016 on PAN India basis. Fixed line services are essential for Corporate / Enterprise customers to promote their business.

Companies providing after sales support to their customers are also benefited by the Toll Free Number Services by BSNL.

Some of the Key Features associated with Toll Free Number Services are – Single All India Number, Time of Day/Time Interval Routing, Day of the Week Routing, Origin Dependent Routing, Call distribution, Line hunting, Call limiter, Call Queuing, Condition based routing, Interactive voice response, Black & White List, Incoming Grey list, Detailed Bill etc.

Any Entrepreneur / Customers having BSNL Universal Access Number Services, can be reached nationwide with a Unique Number. A call to a service subscriber will be paid by the calling party or split between the calling and called party. Accordingly, there are two types of UAN Services. They are UAN Full Charges (calling user will pay the charges) & UAN Split Charges (charges will be paid by the calling user and the called subscriber).

BSNL Voice VPN Service offers Unlimited Free Calls within the members of the group. Combined voice VPN can be provided for fixed line telephones of BSNL / MTNL and BSNL Mobile. Customer may use this service by dialing short codes to have a private network using public network resources.

The Voice VPN on the fixed lines is offered in three categories namely on landline, between landline and cellular – unlimited and concessional.
