Telecom major, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced massive reduction of call rate in per minute and per second prepaid mobile plans. The call rate of new prepaid mobile customers in Per Minute and Per Second mobile plans has reduced by almost 80%.
BSNL said that, this reduced call rate has got the validity of first two months on PAN India basis. The reduced call rate is applicable with Plan voucher of Rs 106 for per second plan and with plan voucher of Rs 107 for per minute plan for new customers only (including MNP customers).
ln plan voucher Rs. 107/- call rate of local / sTD on Net is reduced to 10 paise / minute and for Local/ STD off-net is reduced to 30 paise / minute. Similarly in plan voucher Rs.106/- call rate of local / STD on Net is reduced to 1 paisa / 3 seconds and for Local/STD off-net is reduced to 2 paise / 3 seconds.
Shri R.K.Mittal, Director (CM), BSNL Board told “We have reduced our tariff to rock bottom for new customer. All the plans and new schemes are well displayed in our web site www.bsnl.co.in”
In addition to the lowest call rate, BSNL will be offering Rs 100 Talk Time, 50 MB Free 3G/2G Data and ‘Always Full Talk Time Facility’ for all top ups from Rs 500 to Rs 1100 for all New Prepaid Mobile Customers in Per Second and Per Minute Plans.
To boost the SIM sales, the PSU has already launched ‘Special MNP Incentive Scheme’ for its channel partners like – Franchisees, Retailers, Rural Distributors and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) up to January 2016.
