BSNL Kerala Circle has decided to withdraw Roaming Transaction Capping Module during Sabarimala Season. BSNL has taken this customer friendly decision in an attempt to help roaming customers visiting Sabarimala during this festival season.
As we reported earlier, BSNL implemented Roaming Transaction Capping Module with daily transaction limit of Rs 2000 per retailer on PAN India basis. This module was designed to limit C-Top up transactions (recharge/top up) for outside home circle BSNL customers at Rs 2000 per retailer.
An official statement regarding the withdrawal of Roaming Transaction Capping Module during Sabarimala season read as follows :-
“Roaming Transaction Capping Module will be withdrawn for BSNL Kerala Circle during the Sabarimala season upto 15-01-2016. The daily transaction limit of roaming transaction (Rs 2000) through C-topup is removed. This implies that there is no upper limit to Ctopup (Recharge/Top up) that can be done per retailer per day for outside home circle BSNL customers.”
This capping module has withdrawn in Kerala circle with effect from midnight of 27-11-2015. BSNL has already infomed this latest news to all point of sales (POS) / Retailers / DSAs through SMS notification.
This move will really help a large number of roaming customers as they may recharge / top up their BSNL Mobile from any retail outlets. There is no upper limit to C-topup transactions that can be done per retailer per day for outside home circle BSNL customers up to 15-01-2016.
