Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), has announced the launch of ‘Special Diwali Offers 2015’ for its prepaid mobile customers across India. As per the latest information, BSNL will be launching two new promotional STVs (Special Tariff Vouchers) from 7th November 2015 onwards across all telecom circles.
The newly announced STV 35* will offer the reduced call rate of just 20 paise / minute to all local and STD calls to any network while STV 48* will offer 80 minutes free outgoing calls (local or STD) to any network while in national roaming.

All the other terms and conditions will remain same. The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 07-11-2015 on PAN India basis and will be available for a promotional period from 07-11-2015 to 17-11-2015. The implementation of the tariff is to be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.

Stv 35 validity only 2 days???
Nobody will use it.
another foolish decision from bsnl.put it a validity of 30 days.more people will use and will acept it as a diwali gift.
