BSNL today announced the revision in freebies of one of its most popular prepaid special tariff voucher ₹18 with effect from 5th February 2021 onwards across all telecom circles. BSNL STV 18 is a combo offer which is bundled with voice calls, video calls, data and SMS benefits.
As per the latest information, the revised special tariff voucher ₹18 allows customers to enjoy truly unlimited voice as well as video calls, unlimited data – 1GB/ Day and total 100 SMS to any network. The validity of freebies of BSNL Prepaid Mobile STV ₹18 will be 2 calendar days.

The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 05-02-2021 across all the telecom circles. The implementation of the tariff is will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders / guidelines / clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time.
BSNL STV for Video Calls
BSNL prepaid mobile customers can use STV ₹18 to avail unlimited video calls as well as unlimited voice calls. This special tariff voucher also comes bundled with 100 free SMS to any network. Unlimited data freebies with daily usage limit of 1GB is also available in STV 18. Customers can enjoy unlimited internet at a reduced speed of 80Kbps after exhausting daily usage limit of 1GB. BSNL customers can enjoy true unlimited voice calls without any FUP limits in all the existing unlimited calling offers and plan vouchers without any additional cost.
How to Activate STV 18?
Customers can activate BSNL STV 18 either online or through Retailer Shops. To recharge online, customers may use BSNL Payment Portal / My BSNL App / Google Pay / Amazon Pay etc. BSNL prepaid mobile customers having enough prepaid account balance (prepaid account balance should be above Rs 18/-) may activate the same voucher via SMS or USSD short code.
