One Call Center is catering to two CDR Data center zone. Call Center at Dehradun is catering to North & West zone CDR Data Center and Call Center at Bangalore is catering to South & East zone of CDR Data Center.
These Contact centers are accessible to all the existing and new BSNL Landline and Broadband customers through Toll Free number: 1500 (from BSNL number) & 1800 345 1500 (from other operator number) for landline and Broadband service requests, complaints and queries.

i tried to register a complain regarding my landline on given toll free numbers but whenever i punch my landline telephone number the systems says it is not of valid length , now this is ridiculous. can someone how to raise a complain in portal other than this.

please make the secondary speed of 1 mbps which is given by bb combo uld 499 plan _ all time speed without fup option and message .
we dont need the speed up top up and option . we donot want to excede in 499 budget and customers would be safe from the fear of the option of upgrade and decline option by mistake and unbearable increase in bill

BSNL is the WORST SERVICE I ever experienced. That's why we have demand for other ISP's than BSNL. Better government have to work on these services. They will release a crores of rupees as sayings but they won't track them how they spend. "MAKE IN INDIA?" <— what they really making in India is how to habituate low standard living.
