State run PSU, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), launched an Online Grievance Registration Portal which allows its customers to register their long pending complaints of Mobile, Broadband, Landline, WiMAX , 3G etc. The complaints registered through this Online Public Grievance Portal will be monitored centrally from BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi and will be solved in a time bound manner.
The Online portal is very simple and complaint registration process is very easy. We may register all types of complaints related to BSNL & BSNL Services.
Customers can lodge their complaints related to Landline, Mobile, Broadband, WiMAX, 3G, VAS related complaints, MNP Complaints, Misbehavior by staff etc. through this online portal.
- Initially, BSNL customer may book their complaints at BSNL Toll Free complaint numbers. (1500-Landline / 1502-WiMax, CDMA, EVDO / 1503-GSM Mobile / 1504-Broadband / 1505-Blackberry Services / 1506-ISD Complaints etc. as per complaint category)
- If the complaint hasn’t been resolved with the local authorities, BSNL customers may lodge their long pending complaints through this Public Grievance Portal.

Facing the below problem in my connection.

Our land phone is not working properly since last 2yrs & we are getting the same reply from authorities that the cable is faulty & they don't have enough stock . We registered complaints many times through the manual complaint book kept in exchange & using helpdesk# 18003451500. whenever they repair, it works just for 2 or 3 days. Still it's too noisy and can't hear clearly.
Lot of people terminated their land phone connection bcz of this poor response from maintenance team against the complaints.
No proper actions were taken by our area telephone exchange and we registered complaint through online Krl/co/14319 13/11/15, still the issues are not been
solved.
We expect a permanent solution as we are willing to continue with services from BSNL.

Hi All, I have 4 mbps broadband connection but my speed is less than 3 mbps, when I called and asked clarification for the same to (Nikita). she said they laied coper connection so your speed will be like that only 3 mbps only but I paid for 4 mbps then how come 1 mbps data speed is less? I paid for 4 mbps and speed is 3 mbps they should charge for that only which they can provide why the hell they charging which they are not providing.

Hey did any one got any support from bsnl engineers properly. I am wondering how pathetic technicians we have in the customer support side. They take things as granded for their life and the bsnl office is their home and they treat customers as some kind of streets dogs like when we ask about the update on fault reported. This not just case from one engineer support executive, till sd you will have such dialogues, and their is no governing body to take action on customer's concern. How pathetic is the situation, unfortunately I don't have any other choice to switch to alternative provider as well.

This is concern as we called multiple times to all concern people based at Ulsoor Bangalore location. The complaint logged through call on 29th September. Need to beg everyone to resolve the issue on problem that is faced by us. Linemen requested us to change wiring as that is problem due to this phone is not functioning.

Spoke to Mr. Dayalan on complaint for next after changing wiring when we called (hey" there coming and they would complete today that on 1st of Oct, till evening same dialogue followed by him after 4:30pm as people will come in the morning to complete the work before 11:30am again need to follow up with Begging on Sir, please send some one. Line men comes and states sir, my wiring is done i have to work to complete and is this different department they would come and rooted to Mr Muniappa on connecting wiring, Following up again with guy to resolve.
Nobody response on calling 080-25361000 this number nobody attends the call and if spoken by them they state we will arrange to resolve again beg and follow up with them.
When spoke to dayalan directly to this office Sir, why complaint is not resolved till now as dated on 4th oct @ 03:30pm he stated that is not my department and do complaint online and he diverted to another person he spoke to somebody else through and stated i have spoke to him he would resolve the issue. Still i am waiting for resolve if people not ready to resolve the issues of customer then should be fit to that position. Please recruit and tighten the process and ensure government network operates well and have customer satisfaction.

This is with great grievance I wish to highlight the experience me and wife had with BSNL team in activating a simple Broadband unlimited service. It is almost a month now my Wife had applied for new landline along with Unlimited Bro¬adband (245 unlimited). The great BSNL team contacted her and provided a landline number 04742501559 advising that this is your number which is allocated for your house. However, with all due respect the great BSNL executives / agents / technicians in general the MAHARAJAS of BSNL kept fooling or cheating them day by day. Every day my wife and her mother keeps calling them on the number 04742502000 (BSNL Mukathala Exchange, Kollam, Kerala) requesting them to activate the services due urgent requirements. Moreover, my Wife who is 8 months’ pregnant keep visiting their office in this condition requesting the MAHARAJAS of BSNL to activate the service. Every time they inform her that they are coming, on their way, almost reached, reconfirms the location etc.… and fool her. She and her mother leaving all other engagements and wait for them who never appeared till date or never given a call back as well. Now a day when calling the same number there is no one answering the call. This is one of the great customer care experience expected from BSNL team who is the leading operator in INDIA.
Myself being an employee who is working in the Regulatory Escalation team of UAE telecom industry clearly understands the situations of an operator in activating the service which should not take more than 48 hours after receiving the required application forms along with the documents. But this is far beyond the limit that BSNL team is dealing with their valuable customers day by day who doesn’t care and think that let them go to HELL and when they get the time and mood to visit or call they will…
I am not sure whether this is going to reach any Higher authorities of BSNL to take necessary action and do the needful to prioritize the activation of the service. DEACTIVATION OF ALL HUNGAMA PACKAGES
Kindly deactivate HUNGAMA packages for the landline number 0497-2792233. we have charged in the monthly bill for HUNGAMA plans which we didn't subscribe for.. we received a call from bsnl indicating the plans of HUNGAMA and also they have taken my wife's email id and mobile number and asked to go through those plans in the hungama-bsnl site.. then now they have charged in the bill for HUNGAMA which we haven't subscribed..
Kindly look into this and solve the issue asap.. many have made their complaints against it..
