Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) today announced the launch of lucrative Bonus Scheme for its Channel Partners i.e., for BSNL’s Retailers (PoS – Point of Sale), Franchisees, Rural Distributors, Direct Selling Agents (DSA) all over India. This latest scheme offers one time bonus to franchisees and SIM selling PoS based on their performance.
BSNL Bonus Scheme for Channel Partners is also applicable to BSNL Rural Distributors (BRDs). Bonus scheme will be applicable for 3 months starting from January 2021. BSNL will be monitoring the performance of franchisees and PoS based on their category and bonus will be given only to those franchisees / PoS who could improve or retain their performance as compared to previous month.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the launch of Special Bonus Scheme read as follows :-
In order to motivate channel partners to increase SIM sale and revenue during January-2021
to March-2021 i.e. for three months, approval of competent authority is hereby conveyed
regarding launch of a Bonus scheme for providing one time bonus to franchisees and
SIM selling PoS as per the details given below.
BSNL Bonus Scheme for Franchisees & PoS from January 2021 to March 2021
- Bonus of Rs.1,500/-, Rs.1,000/-, Rs.500/- and Rs.200/- for Diamond, Platinum,
Gold and Silver category of SIM selling PoS(including DSAs) respectively. - Bonus of Rs.50,000/-, Rs.25,000/-, Rs.10,000/- and Rs.5,000/- for Diamond,
Platinum, Gold and Silver category of Franchisees (also applicable to BRD)
respectively. - Bonus scheme will be applicable for 3 months and reference shall be the
category in previous month i.e. for January-2021 reference shall be December-2020, for
February-2021 reference shall be January-2021 and March-2021 reference shall be February-2021. - In case of channel partners in Diamond category, bonus will be 100% if the
category is retained and no bonus shall be applicable in case of category
downgrade. - In case of channel partners in Platinum category, bonus will be 50% if the
category is retained, 100% if they upgrade to Diamond category and no bonus
shall be applicable in case of category downgrade. - For all other categories, no bonus shall be applicable without category upgrade.

BSNL FRC (First Recharge Coupon) Commission
BSNL retailers may also get FRC commission based on FRC amount. BSNL Retailers or DSAs may get maximum FRC commission of Rs 154/- with Plan Voucher Rs 1999/-. FRC commission will be credited as OTF (On The Fly) to CTOP UP balance of retailer / DSA soon after activating FRC. FRC OTF commission is applicable to new connections and MNP port-in connections.

How Can I Register As a BSNL Retailer or BSNL DSA?
To enroll as BSNL Retailer, you may need to visit nearest BSNL Franchisee Office or contact BSNL Franchisee Manager in your location. By enrolling as a BSNL Retailer or BSNL DSA the following sales opportunities are available which include – Provide New BSNL Mobile Connections (Prepaid&Postpaid), Provide MNP (Mobile Number Portability) PORT-In Connections to BSNL, Recharge / Top up transactions via CTOP UP wallet, Postpaid Bills Payment via CBP Wallet, Canvas Fixed Line Products like Landline, Broadband/FTTH etc & SIM Swap (Duplicate SIM / SIM Replacement).
