Learn Telecom Website (https://learntelecom.bsnl.co.in/) is an attempt of BSNL for bringing it’s al PAN India Training Centres under single umbrella where BSNL trainees like students, professionals and it’s own employees will have unique account to search training being offered by all PAN India BSNL Training centres and nominate themselves for different trainings of BSNL.

How to Nominate for the Course?
For BSNL Employees
BSNL Employees can start Search for Courses by typing Course related keyword into Search Box given on Home page and click on
BSNL Employees button. Then select required Training Centre/Course and Click on “BSNL Employee Nomination” link to nominate yourself for the course. You will be then asked to provide your details such as HRMS, Email, Mobile etc.
For Students, Professionals and Corporate PSU
Students, Professionals and Corporate PSU can Register on this site, by creating Unique Account by using Registration link on Home Page and then search for Courses after login to system using Login Link.
Students, Professionals and Corporate PSU can also directly start Search for Courses by typing Course related keyword into Search Box given on Home page and click on respective button like Student, Professional, Corporates and PSU button. Then select required Training Centre/Course and Click on “Register Here” link to nominate for the course. User will be then asked to create your account on the system.
Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre (ALTTC), Ghaziabad
ALTTC is the apex training institute of BSNL. ALTTC was set up as a joint venture of International Telecommunication Union, Geneva, UNDP and the Government of India in 1975. ALTTC functions on the frontiers of telecom technology, finance and management and imparts training to the leaders in the business.
