Why always discriminating users?. Users who have taken 777 in Kerala need to continue with 50Mbps and while new users get double speed(100Mbps) with the same amount. I have a new connection taken in September (777 plan) with an initial payment of ₹4000 to LOC and waiting for the first bill from BSNL with the security deposit and connection charge. I think this is why BSNL customers are not loyal to the firm. BSNL promotional plans are one of the worst moves by the company as that directly affect the existing customer's mentality. Instead of promotional plans, BSNL needs to identify some other methods like the trial period.
As an existing user, i was getting 100Mbps speed till evening. But now it fall back to 50Mbps. Don't know why. But as per news BSNL is changing speed of almost all plans. If the user is paying between 500 and 1000, He will get 100Mbps. And who ever paying more than 1000, will get 200Mbps.And who ever paying less than 500, will get at least 50 Mbps.
Each service from bsnl is useless.i have took wings service ,wings doent have application we need to depend on sleeping third part ap.broadband in my home have alyys problem of disconnecting the data and disturbance of voice call.no support got from bsnl team. Now Kerala vison has started their fiber to home project and which includes free landline with unlimited calls and data tariffs and just half of bsnl .tech support is fantastic.we must go with the client who provide good support
I am on plan 777. From yesterday evening onwards i am getting 100Mbps. So This plan is applicable for existing users also. Also they reset my usage. I can see they are counting usage form yesterday evening onwards.
Yes.BSNL is upgrading bandwidth of existing FTTH plans also..See details @ <<BSNL plans to upgrade download speed and FUP usage limit in all existing Bharat Fiber (FTTH) plans>>
I am also on plan 777. Plan speed increased to 100Mbps and then again reduced to 50Mbps.
This is CRAP. I got new 777 plan around 1-Aug-20 with speed of 50 MPBS under '500 GB CUL' plan. From oct 1, for NEW customers, they are increasing speed to 100 MBPS while EXISTING customers get ONLy 50 mbps !! BSNL is PUNISHING existing customers for being loyal to them & pampering new customers. Also, from Oct 19, my PROMISED 50 MBPS speed has been downgraded to ONLY 25 MBPS as confirmed by speed tests (JUST HALF the promised speed). Here again, they are offering UPGRADED service for NEW customers at the COST of giving DOWNGRADED service for EXISTING customers. This is really PATHETIC SERVICE. Request concerned BSNL OFFICERS to fix this URGENTLY.
This organisation is not going to succeed whatsoever. My landline cable broke in july 2019 and ever since I have made numerous requests to BSNL through online and offline.Even in this pandemic situation I had visited the BSNL Aryanad exchange at least 5 times to request the same.I have asked the JTO to either restore the existing connection or upgrade my connection to FTTH, no action howsoever.
