BSNL initially launched Google Nest Mini and Google Nest Hub bundling scheme for its Broadband and Bharat Fiber (BSNL FTTH) customers on 17th February 2020 as a limited period promotional offer. Google Nest Hub / Mini devices are voice-driven smart devices or WiFi speakers which can be used as smart home control hubs and personal assistants for the entire family.
We can use these smart devices to playback entertainment throughout your home, manage everyday tasks, and ask Google things you want to know. MRP of Google Nest Mini and Google Nest Hub are Rs 4,999/- and 9,999/- respectively. If you are a BSNL customer, you can get Google Nest Mini or Google Nest Hub at special discounted rate and with one month free broadband / Bharat Fiber subscription under annual payment scheme.
An official statement issued by BSNL on 4th September 2020, regarding the introduction of monthly charges of Rs 99/- and Rs 199/- for the customers who opts the service of bundled Google Nest Mini/Hub smart devices under annual payment option of selected BSNL Broadband (DSL/Bharat Fiber) Plans read as follows :-
In order to introduce the services of bundling “Google Nest Mini/ Hub” smart device under BSNL
Broadband (DSL/Bharat Fiber) plans, the Competent Authority has decided as follows:
(a) Subscriber subscribed annual payment option [i.e. 12 months plan FMC (Fixed Monthly Charges) for
13 months service] of Broadband (DSL/Bharat Fibre) plan with FMC ≥Rs.799/- and ready to pay one
time charge of Rs. 99/- p.m. for 13 months (i.e. 13*99), shall be eligible for Google Nest Mini.
(b) Subscriber subscribed annual payment option [i.e. 12 months plan FMC (Fixed Monthly Charges) for
13 months service] of Broadband (DSL/Bharat Fibre) plan with FMC ≥Rs.1999/- and ready to pay one
time charge of Rs. 199/- p.m. for 13 months (i.e. 13*199), shall be eligible for Google Nest Hub.
(c) Eligible subscriber can subscribe to the Bundle through BSNL online portal only by paying Annual
plan subscription fees in advance (i.e. subscription fee for 12 Months as plan FMC for 13 months
service) and requisite one time charges as per above Para (a) & (b).
The above instructions shall be effective with effect from 04-09-2020 onwards on promotional basis for a period of
90 days in all the circles. It means, BSNL customers opting annual payment scheme can opt Google Nest Mini / Hub till 02-12-2020.
Who can avail BSNL Google bundled offer?
Google Nest Mini is available to BSNL customers (Broadband/FTTH/Bharat Fiber) opting annual plan with minimum FMC (Fixed Monthly Charge) of ₹799/-. To get the device, customer needs to pay ₹1287/- in advance (₹99 per month for 13 months)
Google Nest Hub is available to customers (broadband/FTTH/Air Fiber) opting annual plan with minimum FMC (Fixed Monthly Charge) of ₹1999/-. To get the device, customer needs to pay ₹2587/- in advance (₹199 per month for 13 months)
Customers can opt Google Nest Mini / Hub Offer through BSNL Selfcare Portal only by paying Annual plan subscription fees in advance.

Subscribing to this google bsnl offer is quite complex. We have already a long term plan but still it asks to pay onr year advance of plan and ₹99 * 13 months(₹1287) for device. Advance plan for device is okay but the system is asking for plan advance again. This question no one is answering. Lethargic BSNL
