Reliance Communication is closing their 2G Mobile Services in Bihar, West Bengal and Assam telecom circles as their 900 MHz 2G license is going to expire on 12th December 2015. Reliance asked around 1 million of its existing 2G customers of these telecom circles to port out to other operators before 12th December 2015.
To grab this golden opportunity by acquiring new customers through MNP, state owned telecom major – BSNL has decided to introduce new MNP offers – ‘FRC 6’ and ‘FRC 7’ between 16th December to 31st December 2015 exclusively available for MNP customers in Bihar, West Bengal and Assam telecom circles.

To boost SIM sales through retailers, BSNL also extended the MNP incentive scheme for another two months with effect from 01-12-2015. Under this scheme lucrative MNP commission will be paid to its Channel partners like Retailers / DSAs / RDs / Franchisees in addition to the existing FRC commission.
