PAN India 3G Service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to launch ‘3G/2G Night Data STVs’ for all prepaid mobile customers from 21st May 2016 on wards on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be introducing four denominations of 3G/2G Night Data STVs whose MRP starts from Rs.3/- to Rs 63/-. Night Data STV of Rs.3/- will be the cheapest data STV ever offered by any telecom service provider in India.

*If Denomination of MRP specified above is not free, the circle may choose next higher free denomination,
except in multiple of Rs.10/-. At reduced night data tariff of 9paisa/MB, customers would be able to use 1GB of night 3G/2G data for Rs.90/-. Similarly at 5paisa/MB, customers would be charged only Rs.50/- for 1GB of night 3G/2G data usage.
All the other terms and conditions will remain same. The above offer will be applicable from 21-05-2016 on wards in all telecom circles. The implementation of the tariff will be made in
accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued
by TRAI from time to time.
Recently BSNL launched Unlimited 3G/2G Data STVs for its prepaid mobile customers on PAN India basis. All unlimited 3G/2G Data STVs are having FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limits of 2GB, 3GB and 16GB respectively. After the FUP limit, the speed will be capped at 80Kbps.

As we reported earlier, BSNL revised validity of all corporate Data STVs (except Data STV 14 & Data STV 68) from Days to Calendar Days from1st May 2016 on wards on PAN India basis. The newly proposed night Data STV 46 is really excellent offer from BSNL since it offers 1GB 3G/2G Data and thereafter charging will be done @ just 5 paise/MB after 1GB from 02:00 hours to 06:00 hours.
