BSNL has decided to regularize ‘Broadband Only’ unlimited internet plans without voice facility from 1st December 2016 on wards in all the circles. These plans will be available for customers only at those places where BSNL is not able to provide voice facility.
As we reported earlier, BSNL launched ‘Broadband only’ DSL plans (without voice facility) as a promotional offer for 90 days from 01-08-2016 to 29-10-2016. Based on the response from customers and field units, BSNL authorities has decided to make these plans as regular offer for customers in all BSNL telecom circles. BSNL Broadband only plans include – BBO ULD 799, BBO ULD 949, BBO ULD 1199 and BBO ULD 1449.

The concerned BSNL telecom circle shall ensure that above ‘Broadband only’ plans are offered at only those places where BSNL is
not able to provide voice facility. Since all the DSL plans are available on FTTH (fiber broadband) with same tariff, the above plans shall also be available on
FTTH with same tariff. All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged. These instructions shall be effective with effect from 01-12-2016 in all the Circles on regular basis.
