Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced Diwali Dhamaka Offer 2021 for new Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband Customers all over India. As per the latest information, the PSU has decided to launch a Special Discount scheme where new customers can avail maximum discount up to 90% in monthly rental. The scheme will be applicable exclusive to new BSNL FTTH customers whose connections get activated during the offer period. BSNL has decided to launch this lucrative offer to boost or scale up it’s FTTH business in coming days. The scheme will surely help the PSU in increasing their monthly grwoth in FTTH business.
If you wish to avail this exciting Diwali Offer from BSNL, just book your Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connection now either Online at BSNL BookMyFiber Portal or through BSNL Customer Service Centers (BSNL CSCs). BSNL Diwali Special Discount Scheme is available for a period of 90 days starting from 1st November 2021. It means, new BSNL FTTH connections activated from 1st November 2021 to 29th January 2022 may avail this Diwali Special 90% discount scheme.
90% Discount Offer for New BSNL Bharat Fiber Connections Activated in November 2021
BSNL will offer 90% discount in the monthly rent for all new Bharat Fiber connections activated in November 2021. However, there is a catch, a customer can avail maximum discount of Rs 500/- only in any FTTH plan. It means, whatever plan you select for your BSNL FTTH connection, you can avail a discount of maximum Rs 500/- in your first month bill. In addition to this Diwali Special Discount Offer, new BSNL FTTH customers can avail a bouquet of attractive discount schemes which are described in detail below.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the launch of this promotional scheme read as follows:-
The competent authority has decided “to offer 90% discount up to Rs. 500/- on First Fixed Monthly Charge (FMC) across all the FTTH Broadband plans (circle specific and PAN India) in all the Circles for a period of 90 days”.
Accordingly, the revenue share to TIPs shall be shared on realized revenue after removing the discount of 90% up to Rs. 500/- for first month and for subsequent month(s) as per the Fibre policy. The above instructions shall be applicable with immediate effect on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in all the circles. BSNL corporate office has instructed it’s field units to ensure complaince with all regulatory requirements including online reporting to TRAI and also update the circle website.

BSNL’s New Bharat Fiber Plans are available Ecerywhere!
BSNL has also regularised New Bharat Fiber Plans and removed area restrictions on certain newly launched plans. Now all BSNL FTTH plans are availble everywhere in the country except Andaman & Nicobar telecom circle. BSNL has already launched FREE Installation Offer for new Bharat Fiber (FTTH), Bharat Air Fiber, DSL Broadband and Landline connections as a promotional offer across all the telecom circles. The scheme is going to expire on tomorrow i.e., on 2nd November 2021. It is also expected that, BSNL will re-launch the same FREE Installation Offer for another 90 days. You need not worry about the re-launch or extension of this scheme as we will update you about it at the earliest.
10% Discount Scheme for Government / PSU Employees / Retired Employees
10% discount in monthly rental for BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) connections can be claimed by all Government (State Government or Central Government) Employees or Retired Employees. It is also applicable to working as well as retired employees of PSUs (Central / State). New or existing BSNL FTTH customers may submit his/her employment certificate along with application for 10% discount at nearest BSNL Customer Service Center (BSNL CSC). If you are going to take a new BSNL FTTH connection, you can submit the same along with BSNL FTTH Application Form.
40% Discount Scheme for Working or Retired BSNL Employees
If you are a BSNL Employee or Retired BSNL Employee, you can avail maximum discount of 40% in the fixed monthly rent of your BSNL FTTH connection. Under this scheme, BSNL will offer maximum discount of Rs 300/- per month for a customer. To avail this benefit, minimum FTTH plan of Rs 599/- (Fiber Value Plus) has to be subscribed by the BSNL Employee / Retired Employee. The concession or discount is applicable only in the fixed monthly rent. Upgrade your BSNL Landline to FTTH & Avail Discount of Rs 600/-
Yes, offers are endless from BSNL for new Bharat Fiber customers. If you are a BSNL Landline Customer (Landline over Copper Cables), then you can upgrade your existing connection to next generation gigabit ultra fast Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband connection over optical fiber cables. Existing BSNL Landline customers can even retain their old landline telephone number while migrating to FTTH.
