BSNL extended one of it’s most popular Rural Fiber Internet Plan – Home WiFi / Ghar Ka WiFi 399 with Cashback Offer in Urban areas with effect from 1st April 2025 across all telecom circles.

State run PSU – BSNL – has decided to extend 30 Mbps unlimited Rural Fiber Internet plan to customers in Urban areas also. BSNL FTTH plan “Home WiFi / Ghar Ka WiFi” is now available to customers in urban areas with effect from 1st April 2025. The PSU has also introduced Cashback Offer for customers opting this newly lanched plan. Urban customers may subscribe to “Home WiFi / Ghar Ka WiFi” plan with Quarterly Charges of Rs 1197/-. BSNL will offer Rs 98/- as Cashback for all customers opting this newly launched quarterly scheme. This Cash Back offer is applicable to customers in both Rural and Urban areas.
An official statement from BSNL regarding the Introduction of Quarterly subscription of ‘Ghar Ka WiFi/Home WiFi’ plan with cashback in Urban as well as Rural areas read as follows.
It has been decided by the competent authority to introduce committed quarterly subscription with cashback under Bharat Fiber Broadband plan ‘HOME WiFi / GHAR KA WiFi’ for individual category customers only (not for institutions) in Urban as well as Rural areas. Details of the plan are as follows.

- * Plan ‘GHAR KA WiFi/ HOME WiFi’ having monthly charges of Rs. 399 is already working in all the telecom circles (except Andaman & Nicobar circle) for individual category of Rural customers.
- **Cask back of Rs.98/- out of Quarterly subscription of Rs. 1197/- will be settled in next billing cycle.
- *** Charges for half yearly subscription for Rural customer will remain unchanged as Rs 1999/-
Terms and condition for providing committed quarterly subscription of ‘GHAR KA WiFi/ HOME WiFi’ is as follows:-
- The plan change will be allowed only after expiry of every 3 months of in above committed period.
- After expiry of 3 months committed period, customer can opt any other available circle specific/PAN India regular plan as per their choice or plan will be auto renewed for next 3 month period. Customers will be informed suitably in advance at the time of CAF filling.
- Cask back of Rs.98/- out of Quarterly subscription of Rs.1197/- will be settled in next billing cycle.
- The instructions of 199 days service @ charge of 180 days is not applicable to ‘HOME WiFi / GHAR KA WiFi’ plan.
- All other terms and conditions of above committed Quarterly plan ‘HOME WiFi / GHAR KA WiFi’ will remain same.
- ‘One time incentive’ to partners for providing WiFi ONT will be applicable for above Quarterly subscription and as per existing instructions.
Above charges are excluding GST. Above instructions will be effective w.e.f. 01.04.2025 for Urban as well as Rural areas. BSNL’s IT Project Circle will ensure to comply with all regulatory mechanism including on line reporting to TRAI. Further, ITPC circle will ensure to maintain the TRAI guideline with respect to number of plans.
