Cheers to millions of Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband customers all over India, as the state run PSU – BSNL today announced the revision / regularization of certain FTTH broadband plans with immediate effect all over India. As per the latest information, BSNL has decided to regularize all the newly launched Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Broadband plans viz – Fibre Basic, Fibre Value, Fibre Premium and Fibre Ultra across all the telecom circles. In addition, these plans are also made available everywhere without any conditions or area restrictions. Earlier, these plans are limited only to customers in selected areas. Now all BSNL customers can avail any of these newly launched FTTH plans as per their choice or requirement.
An Official statement from BSNL regarding the latest tariff revision for Bharat Fiber (FTTH) plans read as follows:-
The competent authority has decided to regularize newly launched Bharat Fibre Broadband plans – Fibre Basic, Fibre Value, Fibre Premium and Fibre Ultra in all the BAs of all Telecom Circles (except A&N Circle). It has also decided to convert selected existing FTTH plans as promotional plans with immediate effect across all the telecom circles. Details are as follows.

Terms & Conditions for providing above plans:
- Bundled ‘Disney+Hotstar’ premium plan subscription will be discontinued, in case subscriber opts out from above plan ‘Fibre Premium’ & ‘Fibre Ultra’ and ‘Disney+Hotstar’ premium plan subscription will not be provided on migration to other broadband plan except Super Star-1 and Super Star-2.
- The amount of realized revenue with ‘Disney+Hotstar’ service Providers shall be shared as per agreement.
- Accordingly, the remaining amount shall be further distributed between BSNL and TIPs/Partners as per Fibre policy.
- Existing customers who have opted plan ‘Fibre Basic @ Rs. 449/-‘ at the time of activation of connections and still are in this plan, need not to compulsorily migrate to plan ‘Fibre Basic Plus @Rs. 599/-‘.
Now BSNL Customers can avail 200Mbps Download Speed at just Rs 999/- with Static IP
BSNL’s Fiber Premium plan with Fixed monthly charge of Rs 999/- is one of the most popular FTTH plan as it comes with blazing 200Mbps download speed. There is one more attraction for BSNL’s Fiber Premium 999 plan – BSNL allows Static IP address from FTTH plans with fixed monthly charge of Rs 999/- onwards. Hence, you can avail Static IP address also in BSNL Fiber Premium 999 plan. To avail static IP address, you need to send your request along with Static IP declaration form at your nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre. If you wish to change your plan to Fiber Premium plan, you can do it online via BSNL Selfcare Portal or through BSNL Customer Service Centres.
Enjoy 300Mbps Speed at just Rs 1499/- in BSNL Fiber Ultra Plan
BSNL FTTH customers can avail maximum download speed of 300Mbps in Fiber Ultra plan with fixed monthly charge of just Rs 1499/-. This plan is now available across all the telecom circles without any area restrictions. BSNL also offers Disney+Hotstar Premium subscription in Fiber Ultra plan. After 4000GB high speed data usage, customer can still avail true unlimited internet at reduced speed of 4Mbps. As in other plans, customers can avail true unlimited voice calls without any additional charges.
Regular Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Plan changed to Promotional Plans !
It has also decided to change the offered period of following fibre plans from regular to promotional for a period of 90 days with immediate effect in all the applicable circles (except A&N Circle). All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged. The following BSNL FTTH plans are made promotional plans with effect from 14th October 2021. These plans will be available for 90 days for subscription. It means, if you wish to subscribe to the plans listed below, do it before 11th January 2022. However, existing customers under the below mentioned plans will continue until further instructions from BSNL.
