My region comes under the Trivandrum BA, I requested for a plan change from 777 CS353 TO FIBRE VALUE on Oct 8, it's still marked as "Open" in the selfcare portal and i havent seen any change in my connection yet. Is it normal for the change to take this long? Or am i maybe being held back till oct 16 when all plans undergo changes.
From tomarrow can i get that changes…?
