BSNL Kerala Circle has declared Vishu – April 15, 2015 – as Blackout Day for Prepaid Mobile Customers of Kerala Circle. No concessional Tariff on Voice Calls / SMS will be available on these days i.e., Black out will be for all VOICE / ROAM / SMS / ISD STVs / FNF / FF Landline / Plan Freebies etc, this includes STV 135 also.
BSNL has already declared the following 5 days as blackout days for it’s Prepaid Mobile Customers of Kerala Circle. It includes – Vishu (15th April), Onam (28th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov), X-Mas (25th Dec) & New Year Eve (31st Dec ). The normal tariff as per plan will be applicable on those days. Hence a customer has to topup for having main account balance for making voice calls / SMS on these days.

For all 2G/3G mobile plans which are offered with initial freebies and monthly freebies on Voice and SMS, the concession on Voice Calls / SMS will be not be applicable on these Black out days and they will be charged as per their Parent Mobile Plan on these days.
The reduced tariff on Voice / SMS made available with STVs (Special Tariff Vouchers), Discounted call facility “Friend & Family” also will be withdrawn, during these days and all the calls will be charged according with the parent plan on these Black out days.
