Happy News to the entire Student fraternity across India, as the state run telecom major Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to launch ‘Student Special’ prepaid mobile plan with One year validity and other exciting offers.
The new plan comes up with exclusive offers which include – 1GB Free 3G/2G Data + Reduced Call rate of 10 paise/minute to all India BSNL network and 30 paise/minute to all other network + Reduced SMS rate of 15paise + Rs 10 bundled talk value. The initial validity will be One Year.

Tried for a new connection at Taliparamba, Kannur Circle. "Student Special" is not known to them. Is there a solution before the 90 days offer period expire.
you can give the student id only(for Govt colleges or schools), student id+aadhar or any other proof (for non-Govt schools for clg id's) alongwith a passport size photo.
also ask them for the initial recharge of Rs118
