State run telecom major, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to revise Special Tariff Plan (C-Top Up plan) for its Franchisees/Retailers with effect from 22nd June 2016 on wards on PAN India basis.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be adding one more category in the tariff table which is exclusive for those retailers whose Monthly Transaction Amount from their C-Top Up SIM is Rs.1000 and above with at least “Three SIM” activation. From 22nd June 2016, there will be 50% reduction in call rate (revised from 60ps/min to 30ps/min) to other network numbers while all BSNL calls will be charged at just 10ps/min.

The Freebies will be credited to his/her account in the following month. The above tariff is applicable to both prepaid and postpaid C-Top-up plans. The above tariff will be implemented with effect from 22-06-2016.
In addition to the reduced call tariff of 10ps/min (BSNL Network) & 30ps/min (Other network), BSNL will be offering 500 Minutes Free BSNL Calls (Local/STD/Landline/Mobile) + 500 MB Free 3G/2G Data + 50 Minutes Free Video Calls + 100 Free BSNL SMS (Local/National) in their C-Top up SIM.

This offer was introduced in an attempt to boost BSNL SIM sales through its retailer network. The latest TRAI reports revealed that, BSNL was able to increase its SIM sales to the tune of 22 lakhs per month.

The above table shows the Special Tariff plan for C-top up customers i.e., for BSNL Retailers / DSAs. This plan will be applicable only to Retailers / DSAs whose monthly transaction is greater than Rs 1000/-.

When these Freebies will be credited to BSNL C-Top Up Numbers?
75MB Free 3G/2G data will be credited to all C-Top Up numbers on 1st of every month i.e., remaining 75MB (total 150MB) for dealers who have done transactions between 1000 and 4999 will be credited on 9th of every month and similarly, free 500 minutes On-net calls, remaining 175MB free data (total 250MB) and 100 SMS (local/national On-net) for dealers who have done transactions above 5000 will be credited on 9th of every month.
Also free 500 minutes On-net calls, remaining 425MB free data (total 500MB), 50 minutes free video calls and 100 SMS (local/national On-net) for dealers who have done transactions above 1000 with ‘at least One SIM Activation’ and ‘at least Three SIM Activation’ will be credited on 9th of every month.
