PAN India 3G service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to relaunch its New Year Offer 2017– All Free Plan – with revised freebies with effect from 24th January 2017 on wards on PAN India basis. As we reported earlier, BSNL launched Unlimited Voice Calls to any Network in All Free Plan from 01-01-2017.
As per the latest information, BSNL will be launching two variants of All Free Plan (All Free Plan @ 149 & All Free Plan @ 439) on 24-01-2017 which will be available to all new and MNP customers without the precondition of Broadband connection. It means, now anyone can apply for BSNL All Free Plan. Both these plans will be available as promotional offers for 90 days from 24-01-2017, in all the circles.

NOTES:
- The Free Other Network (local/STD) Voice call is limited to 30 Minutes per day.
- New connection (including Migration and MNP) under plan 149 and Plan 439 to be given to all
prospective new customers without the precondition of Broadband connection. - The freebies to be given to new customers (including MNP) only, not allowed for validity extension and
migration. Validity extension to be allowed through plan voucher 149/ plan voucher 439 respectively (if customer
wants to remain in plan 149/439 respectively).
The above promotional offers will be available for the period of 90 days with effect from 24-01-2017. The implementation of the tariff will be made in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff
Order and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. The major change in Revised All Free Plan is that, it is not All Free as its name says.

bsnl has to provide unlimited call for thousand rupees for one year in order to show their face.otherwise it may come very difficult to compete with jio.
