More cheers to BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH) customers all over India as the PSU is planning to launch new unlimited Bharat Fiber Broadband plans bundled with free OTT subscription starting from Rs 449 to compete with Jio Fiber.
As per the latest information, BSNL’s new unlimited Bharat Fiber Plans will offer maximum speed up to 300Mbps. Most probably, the newly proposed plans will be launched by BSNL on it’s foundation day i.e., on 1st October 2020. The proposed plans are – Fiber Basic, Fiber Value, Fiber Premium and Fiber Ultra. We have got a very few leaks about the newly proposed tariff plans which are given below.

BSNL Bharat Fiber Basic plan will offer 30 Mbps download speed whereas Fiber Value plan offers 100 Mbps speed. In addition, the PSU is also planning to launch two ultra fast fiber broadband plans which are Fiber Premium and Fiber Ultra with download speed of 200 Mbps & 300 Mbps respectively. These two higher end plans will be bundled with Free Hotstar Premium subscription. Regarding the free data usage limit, all these plans will be offering high FUP usage limit which similar to that of Jio Fiber plans.

However, BSNL is planning to launch these new fiber broadband plans only on selected areas where competition is extremely high. We haven’t received any official confirmation regarding the launch of these plans. There are also chances that, the PSU may modify the above plans before its official launch on 1st October 2020.
As we reported on 14th September 2020, BSNL doubled Bharat Fiber (FTTH) installation charges to Rs 500/- which is applicable to direct BSNL FTTH connections as well as the connections which are provided through Local Cable Operators / Telecom Infrastructure Providers / Multi System Operators. Now, most of the BSNL FTTH connections are being provided through LCOs/TIPs/MSOs. The PSU is adding millions of new Bharat Fiber (BSNL FTTH) connections with the help of these channel partners. BSNL has also launched an online portal to accept request from new franchisees to become BSNL authorized Bharat Fiber distributor anywhere in India.
Customers can book new BSNL Bharat Fiber (FTTH – Fiber Broadband) connection through BSNL Book My Fiber Portal or through My BSNL App. The connections booked online will be provided either directly by BSNL or through BSNL’s authorized Bharat Fiber distributor in your area.

Please give some good plan for adsl users also. Atleast increae fup to 4Mbps for plans 499 or 779 and above. 1Mbps or 2Mbps is too low.

As per reports, it is said to be launched all over India except Andaman and nicobar……really thrilled.
But in the section of terms and conditions it is said to be launched in the areas where the competition is high…
